Impounded Vehicles & Storage
Has your vehicle been towed?
To see if we have impounded your vehicle, please call us at 770-432-2613 with your tag number or vehicle identification number (VIN). Be sure to ask what documents you will need to claim your vehicle. If your vehicle was impounded by a police agency, you will most likely need a release from that agency. If your vehicle was impounded from private property, you will need proof of ownership (such as a copy of your title or current tag receipt) along with your drivers license/ID.
How much are impound fees?
Private property towing rates are established by the Georgia Department of Public Safety and can be found on their website. No storage fees are charged for the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, storage is charged by calendar days or any part thereof.
What payments types are accepted?
We accept cash and certified funds for impounded vehicles.
